AeroNexus Trademark Notice & Intellectual Property Statement

The following names are trademarks of AeroNexus™, a Roblox technology group:

  • AeroNexus™
  • BlueWings™ and BlueHolidays™
  • TechNexus™ and NexusLabs™
  • SkyUnion™ and NexusMiles™
  • Meridian™
  • SkyGrid™ and SkyTrack™

These names, together with the products and services they represent, are original creations claimed and used by AeroNexus™.

AeroNexus™ asserts common-law trademark rights over these names through their use in connection with its services and branding. Although these trademarks may not be registered with a government trademark authority, AeroNexus™ claims the right to control their use in connection with related projects, products, services, and branding.

No individual, developer, organization, or group may copy, reproduce, or use these names or their associated branding without the express written permission of AeroNexus™.

The ™ symbol indicates that AeroNexus™ claims a particular name as a trademark, including where the trademark has not been formally registered.

1. Permitted uses

AeroNexus™ trademarks may be referenced in a limited, fair, and factual manner, including:

  • Accurately identifying an AeroNexus™ product, service, project, or collaboration.
  • Providing factual credit, such as: “This project was created in cooperation with AeroNexus™.”
  • Referring to AeroNexus™ or its trademarks for commentary, reviews, news, or informational purposes, provided that the reference does not suggest an official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Any public use remains subject to the approval requirements and mandatory legends stated below.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not:

  • Alter, abbreviate, pluralize, translate, stylize, or combine any AeroNexus™ trademark without written permission.
  • Use an AeroNexus™ trademark, or a confusingly similar name, as part of your own project name, group name, brand, username, domain name, product name, service name, or logo.
  • Copy or imitate the visual identity, branding, products, services, or presentation associated with an AeroNexus™ trademark.
  • Imply an official affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement by AeroNexus™ without express written permission.
  • Use an AeroNexus™ trademark in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or damaging manner.
  • Register or attempt to claim ownership of an AeroNexus™ trademark or a confusingly similar name.

3. Quality control and approval

Before using an AeroNexus™ trademark publicly in videos, games, documents, graphics, websites, advertisements, social-media content, user interfaces, or other published materials, you must submit the proposed usage for review.

To request approval, either:

  • Open a ticket through the official AeroNexus™ Discord server; or
  • Email [email protected].

Your request should include the proposed design, layout, wording, context, and intended publication location.

Written approval must be received before the material is publicly released. Approval for one use does not automatically authorize any other use.

4. Mandatory trademark legends

Whenever an AeroNexus™ trademark is used, an appropriate trademark legend must be included.

Formal use

For documentation, credits, websites, legal notices, or other formal materials, use the following statement:

“AeroNexus™, BlueWings™, BlueHolidays™, TechNexus™, NexusLabs™, SkyUnion™, NexusMiles™, Meridian™, SkyGrid™, and SkyTrack™ are trademarks of AeroNexus™, created by user @jinsek955 on the Roblox platform.”

All listed trademarks must be included in the formal statement, even when only some of them appear in the relevant material.

Compact use

For approved marketing banners, thumbnails, user-interface overlays, and other materials with limited space, use one of the following:

Includes trademarks of AeroNexus™.

or

“AeroNexus™” and [name or names of the trademarks used] are trademarks of AeroNexus™.

Replace the bracketed text with the exact names of the trademarks appearing in the material.

The simplified legend, “Includes trademarks of AeroNexus™,” may only be used by staff members or other individuals who have been explicitly authorized by the owner.

Use of a trademark legend does not, by itself, grant permission to use any AeroNexus™ trademark.

5. Termination of permission

AeroNexus™ may revoke permission to use any of its trademarks at any time.

When permission is withdrawn, you must stop using the affected trademarks and remove them from all relevant platforms, media, publications, projects, and files within 10 business days of receiving notice, unless AeroNexus™ provides a different deadline in writing.

Permission automatically ends if the approved use is materially changed, used outside its approved context, or transferred to another person or organization without written authorization.

6. Names not claimed as trademarks

The following names are not currently claimed as trademarks and are not owned by AeroNexus™:

  • BlueAero
  • BlueMiles

Their inclusion in this section does not grant AeroNexus™ any ownership rights over those names.
